First person can be great when done well, but if not done well it's poor. Third person is easier and can be just as good as first person, so it's probably the best choice. As for narration, omniscient is essentially just third person past anyway, so I'd say go with that.

Early game is garbage because the entire combat is based around rotation and combos and you don't unlock your first full combo until around level 30.
It gets better later but it's understandable if you don't want to pay money to see if you even like the full combat.

The trial unfortunately isn't a good representation of the game because the systems really open up after you get jobs and combos. Worst example is that all DPS classes are based around positioning and flowing from combo to combo, which doesn't come through when you're just hitting the 1 button.

It's not a raid but Dokkan battle almost always gives out SRs in Dokkan events that you can upgrade to SSRs. And it also has entirely separate events that only exist to give you new SRs that can be upgraded into URs.

A non playable Ibaraki I don't think is pessimistic. There was no space, and no where did it say we would get it. We were just do used to getting welfares (which were all announced previously other than Iri which was a one time surprise), and people are expecting more of those. There are no such things as limited 4-stars. If they add a new 4-star or two in a limited gacha, they get added to the permanent pool after the gacha ends. So if they want to make actual money off of 4-stars, they have to put story unlock 4-stars, the ones not normally in event gachas, on rate-up.
