Looks good. And remember, this build gives you every possible reason to ignore DEX.
It might seem useful while leveling and you might feel that your crit rate from the swift step buff is going to waste but you won't really need it or benefit much from it at endgame once you're fully geared.
Feint has you covered for accuracy and Sneak Hit has you covered for crits.
Can also get a sizeable chunk of crit from gear alone. Try to keep that in mind!
