These shitty League kids love talking about "I'll never play Zenyatta because he's low tier", but that only matters if they have a absolutely flawless Lucio, flawless Mercy, and flawless Zenyatta, and decide to play Lucio/Mercy because THEY can be more useful with those picks, not because some tier list says those picks are better in every situation.
Same with Winston and D.Va, they have very similar toolkits but they are all situationally different. League baby: "Pros pick Winston so D.Va is worthless". Anyone who can play: "I play both heroes perfectly and find that most games favor a perfect Winston rather than a perfect D.Va." It charges really fast. So fast I've had plenty of engagements where I've used it twice.
Just don't hold onto it forever looking for that epic 3+ man game saving revive, they don't happen often. If your tank died and you have ult then it's always worth it to use it, but if it's someone like Bastion on offense then yeah maybe not. If you're on point and your Mei just died then absolutely she's a huge pain in the ass for the enemy team, revive that shit.
Pay attention to your teammates and don't be afraid to be judgemental, figure out who knows what they are actually doing because you definitely don't want to waste your ult on a shitter.

I just played with a Mercy who would aggressively revive a Pharah who was really good, if Pharah died to some random flanker or spam Mercy would just pick her right back up, and in sustained fights she would always wait for the Pharah to die before rezzing, it didn't matter if some random Torb or Hanzo on our team was dead. It was cool to watch, if our "core" of "Mercy+Pharah+tank" was alive that's all that mattered.
So guys, is this game LoL 2.0 in terms of player toxicity / overall game environment? It's has a projectile launch animation, but the mechanic is hitscan, this explains why you can hook someone hiding behind cover or out of your reach.

dash ram+melee hit makes it so you can easily kill most squishy heroes. Your guns rip through tanks by default.
