Kaze gets him extra movement, and the A+ reclass option lets him reclass to Ninja Master if desired for even more speed and near passable Res, but fucks with defense and HP so you want to be careful with that option.
Charlotte gets him Axe Hero(Fighter base skills), while Selena gets him Sword Hero(Merc base skills) and Bow Knight(has Paladin's base res but loses out in a bunch of other stats), I prefer Sword Hero out of those options but you can get that one from an A+ with Laslow if desired.
Felicia and Azura don't give him any useful classes and are better served out in the field where they can make use of their support options, so they're pretty bad as Rear Guards.

Otherwise, you got some unlucky rolls. With Aptitude as an Archer, Mozu should have 65% str growth. She starts with a base of 6 and Setsuna starts with a base of 8, so statistically she should've gotten some str by now. Pave the save.

Units get skills at levels 1, 10, 25(promoted 5) and 35(promoted 15).
So you're probably in the long lull between the two promoted skills at that point.
Of course, you can reclass people with Heart, Partner or Friendship Seals to get some of the other class' skills, but it's only a good idea to do so if they use a familiar weapon. Starting over with bronzes that late in the game is a horrible idea.

Bronzes are horribly weak at that point in the game, you'll want to use Steels or lightly forged Irons.
So reclassing a General or Hero to a Paladin is alright since they can still use lances/swords, but turning an Adventurer into a Hero is a bad idea.
These weren't any specific characters, just illustrating the point. If you want to reclass, reclass into a class that uses the same weapons the unit's used before. Weapon levels are very slow to acquire in Fates.
