Also the part that she excels around multiple enemies, and how getting her lower on health than you are can actually mean the advantage for her instead of you, if just for the stun.

Irelia will outscale them but if you have a good jungler or a diving jungler (vi, elise, gragas), you can just shit on Irelia because she'll almost never be above like 60% in lane.
Irelia won't kill darius if he builds tank first. the problem is most darius' rush cleaver and if they don't actually get a sizeable lead, irelia will ignore his item and just kill him.
nasus is pretty easy vs her.
volibear is my personal favourite, he's like a better darius in the matchup.
his level 1-3 isn't as potent but his execute and the fact that he builds health for damage keeps him even with irelia in terms of scaling through lane.

Xerath's just not unfair enough. Same problem Varus have. They both do lots of damage and are pretty good, but there's nothing bullshit on them to justify taking them over a much more consistent champ with more reliable damage.

Most Yasuos in your ELO (or mine) don't understand that if they stand in your E they will get snared, then you can Q them for the movement speed and avoid other minions so he can't dash to you.
Really just learn on your E timing, where to put it in regards to enemy movement speeds. If you can snare them, you will be able to Q run away unless they're SUPER gap-closery.
