Skyforths are very powerfull, have general appeal and don't really compete with any other powerfull chase uniques.
Cloak of Tawm'r Isley is a summoner chest, so much more niche, which competes with several other, arguably much stronger, unique chest pieces that are ALL much easier to get. It's not worth half the effort.
Some people will try it out in spite of the hoops they have to jump through just because it's new, but come next league it's not gonna be some expensive chase unique like skyforths, it's just gonna get ignored.

How do I get more damage out of an ED build?
Close to 20k DoT damage, but heading into t10 maps and it feels lackluster.
I can't really see any other way to do it besides having an Empower as my 6th link.

mana leech has been divided by like 20, it stacks but reach the rate cap after like 3 stacks, and then mana pots were fucking nerfed to restore less mana per use, and then clarity was fucking nerfed too why not. So basically, even with leech and clarity you can't sustain attacks even while poting while before leech was enough. And they didn't even remove that fucking oom line so your retarded char is permanently stuck in a time loop saying 'I'm out of mana' 'I'm out of mana".

Keep in mind that these streamers either:
Power Level in the beginning of the league in groups, where 5/6 just sit there and farm and then they have designated "runners" to just do everything that they rotate out. , and for *several* sections of the game it cuts down the time by literally half (like Act 2, a lot of Act 3, and the 2nd half of Act 4), not to mention it allows them to do this *while* farming extremely efficiently as well as the runners being able to literally ignore everything (since they can catch up once the next runner is rotated in). It makes a *huge* difference and it is something that is literally impossible for a solo character to even hope to keep up with.
If you are leveling a second character then yea, you probably should be doing better. Literally all you need is a few leveling weapons, a Tabula, and some decent Life+Res gear for Merciless.

Dual curse is a must. With 20k dot dmg and dual curse shit was melting up to T15. Later on with a 6 link i think i had 5 more modifiers on it, and i used winds of change gloves for a little more dmg, but i also used binos+consuming dark. It makes you a bit squishy, but it does give you even more dmg and aoe. Also heals you occasionally.
I guess the other alternative is to go lowlife RF.

Also, if in any case i would ever drop my power charges because i crit too much (thep point of the build is to crit), anytime i would not crit, it would nearly instantly replenish my power charges.
