Get Hexaoc like the other anon said. There are much better glasses in there that fit your girl. Make the hair colour more pink and a bit lighter.
Use a better front and back hair. Try Front hair 110 flipped, back hair 7, and maybe side hair 73 (at like 13 length) if you're autistic about how the front and back hair don't line up.
The original eyes are weird so I don't know what to do for those, but she does need an eye lid and also make a new texture/use a closer existing one

I actually recently installed and my translations were fucked up as well. I think it was the Edit tweak? Anyway, I just changed the translations in the Translation.txt file that should be next to your AAEdit. They're supposed to look like this (the two still in moon are Caring and Carefree):

It's because the hair texture for that hair IS black. That basically overwrites any color you choose in the maker.
To fix this, you just replace that texture with the default texture any other normal hair uses.

Firstly, if you don't have SB3 utility, get it.
You can find it, i think, in the pastebin, if not, try hongfire.
Start the utilityGUI, and open the file that contains the hair, in this case it is jg2e02_00_HEXAOC. Then double click slot 163.
Pic related will show the texture, which is named differently from default filenames, is black.
This is what you want to replace, and you do that by fucking with shit in the materials tab right there (make sure you select the material name in the middle pane so shit shows up in the right pane). But since we don't have the default textures, we'll need to go to another hair, and export the textures it uses. I used 159_00 for example, went to textures in the middle pane, and exported A00_00_00_00_99.bmp and AA00_20_00_00.bmp.
This will make a new folder with the same filename as the .pp you opened which will contain anything you exported, located in your data folder of your maker folder.
Drag the textures and drop into the left pane and it will automatically make a workspace.
Go back to slot 163, and select each image on the left pane that you dropped, and select "add image" on the textures tab.
Then go to materials and change the first one to A00_00_00_00_99.bmp and the next two to AA00_20_00_00.bmp.
I'm not sure if you have to rename the material from A00_kami1 to A00_kami, but do it anyway.
Then go the mesh tab in the middle pane and select each mesh, and the model will pop up in the right window. In the right pane there will be a section called submeshes, make sure the material is using your newly made material name, even if it does show the correct name, reselect it anyway, and do that for each mesh.
When you're done go to the left pane, and go to file->save .pp.It should create a backup called jg2e2_00_HEXAOC.bak0.pp, so don't worry about losing old files.
This should fix it, if anyone else can clarify that would be nice too, since even i sometimes don't know what i'm doing.

Alright, that worked like a charm. Though, I tried it with the 159_00 texture, but it was just pure with and couldn't be colored. I then retried it with one of the standard AA2 texutres, namely the ones in the jg2e02_00_00.pp. I also changed the material name to 'A00_M_kami' instead of 'A00_kami' and now it works as intended. that particular outfit doesn't support textures at all now, even if you create the corresponding folder for it. As you can see there's not even an empty textures list. HEXA removed that from one of the previous updates.
In general to find which folders link where just check the google doc to figure out the slot number(or try counting it yourself) and check the .bat where it assigns it.

Latest version crashes for the Male Maker.
Well, at the start it kinda worked. Only crashed on extra-slot stuff, but now it even crashes when loading Default Guy to start from scratch.
Female Maker is working fine.
Using an older AAFace does not crash.
And a bug,
Sometimes it shows the wrong hair when flipping and switching back/forth and even saves the wrong hair while the preview/cardface shows the right one.
Like it changes to a hair on the same slot # of another hair part (Say back 156 changes to 25, what the front is on).

The readme says "You must also use the included game and maker launchers if you wish to use this mod," but the zip doesn't include any launcher.
The launcher I'm using now is the Frontier Pack from the pastebin.
