opinions on Starlight Road over Huge Revolution is Over? Ive been thinking that, although Starlight Road is more easily countered, it can lead to a huge plus if it goes off, and can win games on its own. also if my opponent decides to solemn it, then thats just 1 less problem to deal with. its gotta be one or the other, since i hate twin twister against this deck.

Oh yeah the card is stupidly insane. But Spellbooks needed a card like it to work. I mean, Card of Demise has sort of filled the void, and it'd be interesting to see the interactions between them as you'd have to choose whether you want to draw 3 or Special Summon that turn.

It's only become shit because of Tewart's dumb design. Book of Moon has always been the landmark of an amazingly designed card in terms of power and versatility. Being able to do almost anything from fucking up Synchro/Xyz plays, stopping attacks, resetting effects, stopping effects from activating, making BAs allahu akbar and so on have made it honestly one of the most well-made cards in the game.
In my opinion, the only other cards that come close in how well they're designed is Forbidden Lance and the Felgrand Xyz. Basically any quick effect with both a "drawback" and a "good effect", but which one is which depends on the context.

Someone's never played Spellbooks. The whole point of the deck is to stun out your opponent. Jowgen isn't your main play like Siegfried/Crystal Wing/Titanic is for D/D/Ds. It's just something you do on the side to cockblock your opponent while you accumulate huge advantage off Towerand Judgment back when it was legaland basically peck them to death while they just lay there unable to do anything because of your Fate and other assorted stunshit. You can easily boost up a Jowgen to 4k ATK with Power and Star Hall, and Power only helps you accumulate more advantage. And if you're dumb enough to pop Star Hall they just gain more advantage.
Now they're not unbeatable (case in point: Rulers won Worlds 2013, but even that was only because of our lord and saviour Blaster ;)'s pop), but goddamn they can be a threat. And Judgment only makes them stronger.still want it at 1 tho
