There's two more, then I will translate.
Basically, there was a school festival of some kind and the "culprit" wanted to look for their club.
He approached Ishida and Ishida hugged him and was told to meet him somewhere.
The culprit later met at the place and Ishimaru was there and was confused as to why there is two of the same people, they both show their underwear and the person is very shocked and confused.
They see him holding Mondo Butter and then the culprit dies and writes a message.
Of course, this is a joke and is just fanart dedicated to Ishimaru and Ishida.

The test are in trial so they are full body sprites.

Pretty sure Kodaka already stated that he cries the most out of all the characters. The guy is just really passionate about everything that it moves him to tears. Chihiro and Mikan have a lot of cying sprites, but not of the terrible spittle or waterworks that Ishimaru has. The only other character that rivals him is Peko, surprisingly with her one crying sprite is very similar to his.

Well, to be blunt, they're more creative, they don't make theories or speculation as much as the west does and they don't bother with research or analysis of the games or novels in general.
They prefer to create their own content, fanvideos, fanart, doujins, heck even hentai.
Of course, this is balanced by the fact that we have more Dangan Ronpa related events happening, like Namja Town for example.
Compared to the west from what I saw, they seem to be more ambitious and eager, any new content or news that comes up, they are ready to find out as much as they can. From my point of view, the west balances this out as well by sometimes making their own content like fanart, or funny videos, but I haven't seen anything beyond this yet.
There's also theories and cosplay and what not, but as far as I'm aware, I am 98% sure for example any image file, data file, screenshot has been taken by someone from the west because of their thriving ambition, which I like a lot.
I guess the east percieves the west of this fandom as just there, I guess?
I don't think they have much opinions since they don't mingle much. I don't know to be honest.

also, another thing I really like about the 2-1 class trial is how much Nagito fawns over Twogami. He goes from the "capable leader" line to him "performing admirably" to "Byakuya was AMAZING" the more he learns about what happened. You really get the feeling that Twogami re-confirmed the stupid HOPE nonsense in Nagito's head. Throughout the rest of the game you sometimes see him getting disappointed in the people he considers the symbols of hope, like Teruteru, or Mikan, or Souda and Akane, and then Hajime in the Funhouse obviously. Hell, remember how before 2-5 Nagito says he "believe[s] in all of you, I believe in the time we spent together"? He's basically saying "I believe you'll fall into my trap." I know he knows they're almost all UDs at that point, but it's a pretty far cry from the 2-1 class trial.
I guess what I'm getting at is one of the things that makes 2-1 great is that Nagito has the most fun in that trial.

That's not the issue though, is it? The characters who died were dead(presumably, we might see some technomagic save them) outside the simulation because they believed they were dead, because they were made to experience it in the simulation. I think it really depends on what it can and cannot do, since the process of starving a human body to death is a very complicated one that tears at the brain activity, but in this case the brain is actually intact and not suffering from lack of nutrients needed to think normally. Basically, Junko would have to turn them 'off' at some point, or they probably wouldn't truly die.
And that'd be against the rules.

Oh yeah, I've played several games of BGO. It's pretty fun.
As for the killing game, I made a discord server where anons on /drg/ could go and create characters for a killing game. It's a more long term thing than quick things of mafia. Once we hit 16 participants, I'll start the game, and it should play out just like a Dangan Ronpa game.

I tried making a DR mod myself but it didn't pan out, I couldn't figure out the BYOND creater. Maybe you could pick off if you coul pick up where I left off when you get the chance since what your doing is probably harder than replacing sprites on BYOND.
