No NP Interlude yet, so that's currently a bit on the weaker side, but she has a strong AoE def down (that stuns), and a Charisma + NP damage up bundled into one skill, so once that's in she should have no problems with waveclear.
Star generation is weaker than MHX and Jack, but it should be a good supplement to the kind of team she fits naturally in: Arts teams that also like crit, Jeanne/Andersen + Rhyme type teams that rely primarily on Innocent Monster-type skills and CEs.
The new Tamamo CE is also really good for that, if you can roll it too.

Probably not, Alcides has the Nemean Lion's pelt which Gilgamesh theorized is effectively impervious to all human-crafted weapons. He took out Merodach, which I guess is a divine sword almost as powerful as Ea since both are based on the names of the gods of the pantheon and Merodach is Ea's son, but didn't get the chance to use it before True Rider intervened.
EMIYA can't reconstruct divine weapons in UBW, and the imitations of things like Excalibur would still qualify as 'human crafted' because they're created by EMIYA and had all their divine components replaced with the next best thing he could that was natural to Earth.
Even disregarding that, Alcides has a max range of 20 km to EMIYA's 4. EMIYA is pretty much outclassed in every possible way.
