Lame name, but the Hyper 212 EVO from Cooler Master will do the job. Dust and "airflow" doesn't matter so much that it would bring you from 60C to 100C. You're using the stock heatsink? if so, 100C is normal. If you want to lower your temps substantially, you need a better cooler.
