She's decent right now but I think some changes would be needed to keep her relevant seeing as her counters (s76, widow, mccree) are some of the most played heros. Being in the air makes you a sitting duck for most of the cast. I'd settle for a good increase on rocket speed with damage lowered to 100 and slightly increased radius. +50 hp/armor would be solid but might make her borderline OP, maybe just a +armor during ult would be needed.
