If anyone is struggling to get their NP gauge up quickly enough, Tamano is really quite great. Managed to get Lalter's and Medb's NP gauge full in like 2-3 turns, beat 2BP in 3 turns overall. Her healing will probably help if you're going for 3 BP as well.
