Start with Q, get E at lvl 2, W at lvl 3, max E second. I'm not really sure for build at this point, I used to play him a lot in s3, s4. I'm guessing you'd still wanna go for dmg for the Q so just go for some generic build like: essence reaver, stattic/firecannon, IE, lw, something for lifesteal and boots. Try to be aggressive at laning cuz that's what Varus is strong at, don't burst in using your ult, wait for the right moment, be safe, try not to die a lot.

She scales quite nicely.
She's a safe pick.
If she gets fed she snowballs kinda hard.
She's fairly shitty until late game though or she manages to get a lead.
Just sit in lane and farm until your enemy laners get bored and try making some "plays" and feed you a double.
She's immobile though so keep that in mind.
Assassins can fuck you up a lot easier than other ADC.
Watch your positioning, her passive makes her a Goddess at kiting.

Strong engage alone carries solo queue games, and she has a lot of options for playing from behind, so she has a pretty great winrate.
She's really easy to bully and kill in lane, though, having to rely on her range to compensate for her no mobility.

You have no mana issues by the time you build Morello's anyways because they lowered his mana costs.
Also, you could've bought a Deathcap for the price of a Archangel's + 700g, which gives you way more power.
