Characters get drawn out of context all of the time. As long as it's not extreme nobody really seems to mind those as much. A rule 63 character in and of itself doesn't seem very extreme to me. The most you see of her is usually porn or eye candy because nobody wants to draw her. Can't really break out of that cycle if nobody wants to draw her.
