Honestly, I think Shinobi's one of the strongest classes in the game. Adds 600% scaling to several skills. I don't care how shitty those skills are to begin with or how bad the clones are, 600% scaling is OP as fuck on anything. Even if you never put a single point into strength and didn't equip a weapon, Double Slash would do like 10k damage.

Bunshins are copies of yourselves so they have the same stats/equips as you.
IE if your thrust does 1K damage your clone will also do 1K damage.
The downside is they can oly copy your swordman skills, Basic attacks and Kunais.

You can also do it with Highlander. Cross Guard blocks make the enemy vulnerable to pierce attacks. As a bonus you get Skull Swing to reduce the enemy's defense to zero, and Cross Cut to easily trigger bleeding and deal extra damage with Double Slash.
The real "build of the kings" for Shinobi is Sword 3 Highlander 3 Shinobi, optionally dropping Highlander 3 for Doppelsoldner, in which case you lose Skull Swing but get Deeds of Valor. This requires more setup though so it won't be as bursty.

I'm also not a fan of full X (as in STR or DEX) because str and dex has little impact by themselves. i feel the sweet spot is something like 2:1 Str dex ratio so you get the high base damage and the consistent crit as you can see in the webm.

Clerics are always support. Going Monk just means you want to deal damage while supporting, not just deal damage. Nobody complains about Druids/BokorDoctors yet both hit like a motherfucker. Certainly more than Monks.

The damage rotation is monk skills for debuffs, then Incinerate, then Safety Zone into OOB and go wild, then back to Monk for debuffs, Incinerate, Double Punch while Safety Zone is off CD, repeat. Double Punch does maybe 20% of the damage.

50% more damage is 50% more damage. It doesn't matter how many times you hit the enemy, how much skill damage you do, whether or not the skill has % scaling, how much attack you have, whether you're DEX or STR, none of that matters. When you do 50% more damage, you kill things in 2/3 the time, always, no matter what.
The ONLY thing attributes don't affect is elemental damage from Arde and the like, and I'll admit that that's a sizable chunk of damage, but a 50% attribute is a HUGE fucking deal. DP is doing 4k damage per hit? The attribute contributes at least 1k of that. It takes 3 minutes to kill Golem? Without attributes it would have taken nearer to 4m30s. That whole video would have been close to 5 minutes longer without those attributes.

You don't know how Monk functions at all, that 50% is only really affecting DP since that's the only thing that she's DPSng with. Inceneration only lasts for 5s and it doesn't have 100% uptime like you think it does. Oob will do 400 damage no matter what. If anything you just proved my point that all of that at least 800k HP was downed using monk abilities. By the way, Monk bleed doesn't scale with the 50% either since the only thing that the 50% affects is the initial damage which is only 1k.

Wizard damage (besides some visuals like energy bolt ice bolt freezing sphere) is always the same. Save the damage. Go to the master, buy 10% attribute, go back to the same mob and use earthquake too.

Incineration has 75% uptime several times in the video, you moron. He gets it to 15s duration multiple times, AND it has a 50% attribute on it. It's doing 4k a tick and doing AT LEAST 40 ticks over the course of one usage. That's way more than double punch is doing. I'm not saying that DP isn't doing damage, but it's fucking minor in comparison to Incinerate, probably about 1/3 of the damage Incinerate's doing.
OOB has a 50% attribute as well. It does 3 hits, by the way, so that "400" is actually 1200, which is about 1/3 of the damage DP is doing.
So if we adjust it, x+x/3+x/9 = 1, 13x/9 = 1, x = 9/13 ~= 69%, Incinerate is doing about 69% of the damage, DP is doing about 23% of the damage, OOB is doing about 8% of the damage. There are other skills being used, but even being generous DP isn't doing more than 30% of the damage and Incinerate isn't doing less than 50% of the damage. Monk's primary damage contribution is debuffs for Incinerate. DP alone would have taken over half an hour to solo that mission.

Your bug friends die easily. Do you really want to go through the pain of constantly befriending insects and seeing them die a few seconds later? Out of all of the summons in this game I think jincan insects have the shortest duration, they are only insects after all, not suitable for long-term commitment. They also refuse to cooperate with you, they don't follow the player and just swarm near whatever mobs are close by, often dying to weak aoe in the process.
Is this truly the best build?
