So every boss has a trick to it, right? A trick that, once you figure out what it is, the boss fight becomes easier. Maybe not trivial, but easier.
What is it for each boss?
>Gundyr: Can be parried like a chump
>Vordt: Hug his ballsack and flail away with whatever weapon you have
>Greatwood: Whack the sacks
>Crystal Sage: can get stunlocked in their warp animation with rapid attacks, only the actual copy shoots the purple.
>Deacons of the deep: get a weapon with a wide swing + shank the one currently being possessed by the Bouncing Red Ball
>Abyss Watchers: red-eyed ones are hostile to the main fuccboi, can get him stuck attacking the darkwraiths outside the fog (I killed him for the 3rd time that way)
>High Lord Lolnir: does it really need to be said? If he does his blue cloud vomit run away as swiftly as possible. Also destroy his right bracelet first.
>Pontiff Sulyvahn: whenever he does his kage bunshin nojutsu, hack the fuck out of the clone, it's weak and you won't need to keep track of the duplicated attacks. Secondly, he always seems to try to summon it again, giving you plenty of opportunity to fuck him up.

Anri's Straight Sword with a luck build using Carthus Rouge for maximum shreddage works, or basically any quality straight sword build for maximum cheese.

ds3 doesn't have ds1 backstabs, and it might not even be possible to stack a quarter of the poise you could in ds1 (assuming the values mean the same thing)

what a great fucking job you did, fromsoft; god willing, we'll get a bloodborne sequel, and they can make use of all the movesets and animations they made for BB1, and make some more good weapons. i think the only actual stinker in bloodborne is the saw cleaver/spear; literally every other weapon is a lot of fun to play (even tonitrus)
