Last time I had to contact their support over the phone, they had the gall to say I should have made a ticket in-game.
My two main raid characters had been completely wiped off the map.
I basically asked why the fuck I should ask some person who gets paid to sit on their ass and google search answers all day.
After an hour of cursing them the fuck out, they finally restored my two characters and gave me three months of sub for free.
