ranged is just shit dps compared to the other skills unless you replace a few abilities in the revo bar with ones you have to unlock.
Magic suffers a bit from this too, but it doesn't have an ability as stupid as snipe.
Melee, because jagex loves meleefags, does not have any problems getting good dps with normal abilities.

no those guys, but the eoc does a lot of damage and is designed for some huge abilities to do a lot of damage without you clicking anything. You'll understand it once you try it, and you might want to look at the EOC guide on the wiki as well.

I've never legitimately heard this. The salve amulet is the only thing that I've heard of having a similar effect.
Seeds and stuff can actually be quite valuable.
Herb runs are a good way to make money if you can stomach farming.
Also, don't mix and match styles of armor and weapon, that hurts accuracy.
As does not using the right weakness.
At a certain point, accuracy become irrelevant, and you can use whatever style you want.
But for the early stages I'd go with the weakness that comes up on the overlay.
Don't worry about the specific subtypes, that's not as important, especially with ranged, which has a serious style accessibility problem.

Unless you're doing an important raid or something, theres barely any dps difference between manual and revo, but revo allows you to not have to constantly be sitting there watching cds and activating abilitys and what not.

Yeah, the "QUEST AREAS" aren't the size of Zeah, but they're "FUCKING PLANETS". They should be roughly the size of the planet Gielinor. Meaning they should have more content that a single strip of land.
Zanaris is the moon. It has lots of content. A quest just to get there, three quests based there, and at least two quests that require going to or through it, access to a minigame, a runecrafting altar, one of the most used travel options, access to the best black dragon killing spot, the place where everyone used to buy dragon daggers,some market that I can't comment one because I've never been and have no fucking clue what's there, and even a bank. Not to mention a few basic resource areas like ranges, water sources, and trees. It's a small area, but has plenty of content.
The Abyss has several types of monsters, two different areas both serving the purposes of combat and one serving the best Runecrafting method in existence for 10 years. The Abyss is one of the most used areas in runescape for training combat and rc. And it's just a tiny little fucking area that hasn't seen an update in years.
There's no excuse for the new areas to be shit other than Jagex is fucking lazy. Yeah, sure, Zeah has a fuckton of blankspace and not much to do. But you really can't give it shit when our game is just as bad or worse about dead content.

For the people supplying the skill its pretty good, drops are back up, it did its job, its fixing the economy, kinda.
But for training the skill you don't really get a whole lot, some weapon perks are good but you get them at lvl90+. Prayer is a gold sink, but your rewards for training it are pretty good. Even construction, another gold sink, gives you an actual house.
It will get better with time im sure, were already seeing it with fishvention and chopvention.

In runescape nothing is difficult, just slightly more time consuming. Even the hardest boss monsters aren't that hard to kill, so they turn getting the drops into a time consuming grind.
Clicking enough to get max cape and doing all the quests aren't difficult but one "achievement" (if you can even call it that) is less common than the other. And in Runescape rarity = prestigousness

Most of the desert including Ullek was destroyed in the second age, Ullek is a massive rocky plateau because of that destruction.
