Not everyone is a fucking idiot who brings both and AR and an SMG and has to circle around like a fucking retard everytime a shield appears. Not everyone plays on babby difficulty where you can kill every cop with one bullet. Not everyone is an idiot who sits on his ass and waits for the enemies to come at him to start shooting or runs around the map in the middle of the enemy fire to pick up ammo drops. Being able to camp and hold a position for some time without having to worry about ammo is a fucking huge advantage.

I use Muscle + Hostage Taker with a suit and the Dodge+ Fugitive/Ghost skills; 25% while crouching, 35% while sprinting.
...It actually works. In Overkill, at least. Not sure about DW since even with ICTV I've not got gud enuff yet.
