Oh; no "Hit the Mark" is the "new" Ignore Dodge. It just has a chance to proc and prevent them from dodging at all instead of waiting for them to dodge and maybe going around it. Someone had a great explination last thread:
Ignore Dodge gives you a percentage chance for a dodged attack to actually land so if someone succesfully would dodge an attack, if you have 20% ignore dodge, then there's a 20% chance that your attack would still hit despite the opponent succesfully dodging it. Hit the Mark is a percentage chance for an attack to never miss so if you have a 20% hit the mark, then there's a 20% chance for an attack to hit regardless of if it

Because of WarWolf and Daisy. WW and Daisy's buffs apply to the whole team and stack, while IF's dragon is one of the highest damaging moves in the game. A WW + Daisy buffed IF Dragon Attack is the most powerful attack in the game. Without those two, IF is strong but not strong enough.

Carnage with Venom leadership. Malekith's leadership is also helpful.
Black Dwarf's gimmick is that he has extremely high attack, physical defense, and health. To get around that, you need to be able to do extremely high energy damage while either avoiding or shielding all his attacks. Loki's extremely high energy attacks and ability to keep shields up and kite the whole match makes him the best for taking out BD (obviously). Other than that, the WW/Daisy/IF combo is the most effective.
For Corvus, he isn't too hard but his insanely high dodge makes it impossible to kill him within the timelimit once he hits his third phase. To get around that, you need to stack up as much Dodge Ignore and/or Hit the Mark as you can. The best way to do this is by using ~4 Dodge Ignore strikers. The dodge ignore strikers are Mockingbird, Black Widow, Quake, Deathlok, and Sharon Carter.
For Proxima, her spears will stunlock you, making you open to a bunch of attacks while you're stuck in place. In her final phase, the field is filled with so many spears and orbs that if you get hit a single time, that character is as good as dead. Even a shielded Loki can't survive the bombardment of spears that hit you once you get stunlocked in that third phase. To get around that, you need to be able to shrug off stuns as fast as possible on the that you get hit and being able to attack attack Proxima while not having to worry about getting hit (so abusing i-frames). Carnage's 3* and 6* make him perfect for attacking Proxima, while Venom and Malekith's leaderships are good for helping to shrug off the stunlock.

Punisher will be getting a new uni in April so hold off on him. Superior Spider-man is pretty great though, so that'd be a good choice. Kingpin's uniform also makes him one of if not the best blast character in the game so that's another one to consider.

Quicksilver has a bunch of weird rules attached to him that make him hard to be in games, such as not being allowed to have a "walking" speed. Either he's running at full speed or standing still, and his full speed has to be faster than any other character in the game, which can be game breaking. That's why he's not in Marvel Heroes.
As for Scarlet Witch, dunno.
She's probably/hopefully going to get added in the Civil War update. If she isn't, then chances are QS/SW aren't allowed because of the FF/X embargo. There's a lot of things that you'd think they should be in because of Avengers movie synergy but aren't.

The lack of FF characters is really sad. I'm honestly glad there aren't any X-characters because they're such a fuckhuge roster that any chance of getting less well-known characters would go out the window.
But with the FF, there aren't THAT many, but all of them are fantastic characters. Annihilus, Doom, Kang, Ben, Reed, Sue, Johnny, Kl'rt, and Silver Surfer. Plus a Galactus World Boss would be way better than Thanos' mook squad. Hell, Mole Man could make for a really fun character too.

Some people speculate that the Black Order will show up in the MCU as Thanos' liutenants. It's not like the movie people have much to choose from, since they sure as hell aren't gonna use the Blood Brothers.
