That's not what I meant at all. Element on striking and ranged weapons is not a % damage boost. It takes a % of your weapon's base attack (including grind) and adds it as elemental damage during damage calculation.

A friend of mine found a 13* tokyo sword as a HU/FI. It's his strongest weapon since he was running a non pot 10*, but he doesn't have enough resources to fully grind it and unlock the pot, it's one or the other. He can either +10 it or unlock the pot to +1 and use it ungrinded. Which way would be best?
