Need to do snare rsistance though. I have one that gives:
+10.5% All Defense
Stun Resistance
Invencible for 2 sec when health is below 20% with a cooldown of 12 sec
If it was web resistance instead of stun, it would have been a solid tank gear maybe.

Marvel Zombies has Dodge and SCD, two very useful stats. I'd say those two are a must. Beyond that it depends on what you prioritize.

Yeah, the new gears are made even worse by the fact that the old gears are almost always better than them, with the exception of when you really luck out on the RNG.
This actually stealth nerfs Throot and all elemental damage dealers. It's now going to be next to impossible to get +100% recovery gear or +50% fire/lightning/poison/mind/cold gear. Meanwhile, comic cards are giving everything elemental resistance out the ass. Anyone who didn't already have the gears either stockpiled or on the characters are screwed.

Which is why I'm glad I managed to hold onto most of my 33-35 and 48-50 and 96-100 gears.
The resistance gears are worthless now though as now they can be given and give out other bonuses via the new gears. Only have a few elemental gears though, but the ones that matter all have 50% gears anyway.
I like the new gears giving out different effects. It's fun fusing them, but it's a huge cash sink and pain in the ass... and the bonuses are pitiful most of the time in comparison.

New players get a bunch of free bonuses now though which will allow you to insta-6* anyone if you pour all the bonus rewards into the single character. That'll make story progression a breeze and allow you to begin farming anyone from story missions or special missions, which is a large chunk of the roster.
But there ARE some characters which you will have trouble getting bios for if you aren't willing to spend. Yeah you could get them by just saving up crystals but of course that'll take longer and usually people don't like to wait.

Despite her ability being better than Quake's, this might not be the best option any more since Quake gives +20% dodge ignore as a striker for World Bosses, which is pretty much mandatory if you want to beat Corvus.
But then, getting an inferior uni just because it'll help you maybe beat one of the World Bosses a couple times is hardly worth it unless you're already endgame.

I wouldn't say easily. The first phase is easy, the second can be kinda tricky but not too bad. But that last phase, if you get hit once then you get stunlocked then bombarded with multihitting skills. So even if you have a shield up, it won't really matter because you get hit so much during the stunlock that it'll just tear right through your shield.
Best I've managed is getting her down to 250k. Blingpin was better for me in that last phase than LLoki if only because he could actually take a hit on the offchance that you get hit while his summons did damage.
Does anyone know if her attacks do lightning damage? It looks like they do, but putting Thor in my strikers or as leader didn't realy seem to mitigate damage all that much.

Yes. Cover farming is the new name of the game, plus you'll need custom gears for obelisks, bios never hurt, and you'll want to get a head start on the Dimension Debris since they end up being quite the bottleneck later on.

There's something about S2 DD that I might not have noticed in S1. There's a lot of cuts. And it seems way more slow during the fights, like the guys are falling onto punches rather than Charlie throwing the punch.
