You can farm the everfall, but stuff from BBI will outclass is fairly quickly. The weapons that you get from Grigs are about on par with level 1 cursed weapons that you get in BBI. If you feel that you aren't doing enough damage, there are 2 pawn merchants in the everfall that sell the level 1 cursed weapons for boku gold (anywhere from 400k - 1.3 million).
You can probably clear up through the second shortcut with Grig's weapons, just be sure to upgrade them and try to get them dragonforged. Silver forged weapons should take you through all of BBI 1.0 (with perries for the final boss).

Farmed death 3 more times, then I ran out of blast errors. Gained 30 levels in 10 minutes of game play. Totally forgot I had random pawns with me. Has ANYONE tweaked Resonant ENB so it's not blindingly bright? There's a fuckton of settings, I just want the sun daytime to be slightly dimmer, walking outside gran soren in the middle of the day is like having been locked in a windowless basement for a month. Fine with the darkness of night but maybe slightly less bright and dark on either end of the spectrum would be nice.
Otherwise what's a similar ENB? I tried wakfuti or whatever and was a little too dark/brown, not much of an improvement over vanilla (in terms of lighting)

I've fucked around with my own based on wickfut's, it's basically enhanced vanilla with better lighting, shadows, AO and some slight vibrance and sharpness tweaks.
If you want I can take a few screenshots for comparison, just tell me where. I think it makes a huge difference though.

It's pretty fun in the offline version. Though it's still an HP sponge, the actual fight with a Grigori-sized dragon who progressively grows more and more moldy and rotted the more you hurt him is actually pretty fun. It's probably good to get a few offline Urdy kills in so you can familiarize yourself with the heart locations. The materials that the Ur-Dragon drops are mostly used for upgrading the weapons you get from killing it, and maybe for a few Grigori weapons.
The rewards are obselete by the time you get BBI gear, but the weapons themselves have a niche of being the strongest holy hybrid weapons until you get a select few BBI L2 weps. The offline version can only reward the sword/dagger and one other set weapon. But an online Ur-Dragon kill can reward up to 5 or so at a time, and can drop a much larger variety of class weapons.
The armor rewards are unique to the Ur-Dragon and have a unique look to match. Though the resistances aren't bad, it's a bit of a challenge to make the rest of the gear match with other sets.
There's also the 30 wakestones you get after you successfully kill the online or offline version. Those are pretty much useful at any level, whether it's for cash or for ensuring that you don't have to reload in case of bad luck.
I can't wait until I can summon Meryl on my alt so I can see cute stuff like this.

I'm trying out strider for the first time, assassin with bow/dagger is my favorite setup, and holy fucking shit, nothing compares with this skill. It might even get boring honestly, I just one shot things I used to have epic fights with right now.
Is strider considered one of the better classes, do others get this op?

Not that anon, but this is the ENB/ReShade I've been working on. The enb part was based on wickfut's as well.
Bottom two pics are both with the enb on, one to show cloudy weather and the other nights, my main goal was to make nights and caves dark enough you'd want a lantern but bright enough that you aren't blind without one like with so many other presets (wolves' eyes glow, I never noticed that before messing around with this).

Friendly reminder that rolling doesn't use stamina and exodus slash's damage is pretty tame and that it's mostly a defensive dodge skill that just eats up stamina, unlike rolling.

I just went 50 lvs as Sorc/Mage, hopped on over to Mystic Knight for fun.
Can I just hop into the Everfall as MK to farm gear or is there somewhere easier? Will a Warrior pawn be more beneficial then fighter as MK?

Fighters usually deal more damage/stay alive longer/are better than warriors, but otherwise there's no real difference.
Sorc is fine but mage is the worst class you could have leveled as.
