Which I just solved by giving magna weapons a better droprate and removing the outdated 3 per day restrictions on summoning them. There is no reason for that to still exist when you're already restricted by using your AP.
The anima requirement for hosting magnas is also outdated now. New players dont have any, the droprate for them is retarded, and the old players wont host magnas because they're pointless for them.

You do not make players grind early or midgame.

There are no magnas being hosted, the droprates are trash and they cant even reliably host their own magnas due to the restriction and 3 gold anima requirement.
