Corrin's counter got nerfed as is no longer an auto stock loss on fully charged smashes.
His U-Air is worse, it does less damage, doesn't combo into anything, and kills ~10% later.
His Nair and Fair are better combo attacks, but the combo usually tops after 3 or so hits because Corrin's air and ground speed took a hit.
He's pretty much the same, you just have to work a little harder to kill and to get back on stage. None of his matchups were really changed except for Fox (who has an definite advantage now - before it was a debatable 55-45 in fox's favour, now it's a 60-40)

Bowser can jump out of u-tilt spam, but that's not the problem, the problem is that Mario cannot approach Bowser period. If Mario even touches Bowser shield he will get punished with an oos up special, no exceptions. And that's only if Mario can get passed Bowser who can wall him out completely with u-tilt, jab, n-air, f-tilt. Mario can only bait and try to punish with grab combos, he won't actually be able to kill Bowser unless he gets a hard read with up smash. Punishing is hard with Mario because by the time he gets to Bowser after staying out of his range, he can fucking shield or roll away due to the lack of lag on jab or f-tilt.

Spear and Smashes are just as good as they used to be. Stunball is a bit different since it does less damage, so those kill confirms are still real but require different percents than before.
Basically you can play Corrin just like you used to without people bitching about his counter. Watch out for Fox (and possibly Charizard) now though.

Jesus, it's only Smash players that do this. Street Fighter, MvC, Guilty Gear - all the other fighting game communities recognize the shortfalls of characters and are encouraged to master 2-3 characters. Learning the matchup sometimes means admitting your character can't cut it against another, and that's common sense in every other fucking fighting game at the tourney level.

The constant random and unnecessary balancing is part of what makes Smash 4 such a bad game.
It leads to a community of entitled kids who won't git gud, and instead are content to complain until Sakurai "fixes" things for them. It makes it seem like there's no reason to even play the game, because you could be putting in the hours to learn a character and then have it all be for naught because Nintendo decided to listen to the whiners.
