I'm really busy with uni assignments so I haven't had much time to work on it.

I've started writing up a Mega Man 9 game instead. And my progress has been much faster on that one.
The Mega Man 9 robot masters are easier to write for despite them getting less personality development than the 3 robot masters. Everything I tried to write for the 3 line just felt off.

It was canned because of low toy sales (Which is why I emphasize buying the toys) but in Ruby Spears, the company who made that also made the DBZ Ocean dub. In fact, a lot of the music in Ruby Spears went into the Ocean Dub.
I'm not sure involved Capcom was with the production given that they let them change the original anime style of the show but according to Inafune, Capcom didn't really do any sort of quality control for their licensing up until Super Adventure Rockman came out.
