I have a theory on Togami. I know he's a major bass breaker here but I wanted to kinda explain what he's all about and what he might do in the future
Togami is the youngest of 15 half siblings which includes himself and Blue Ink who's in class 77. So I'd figure as he's probably being closed off most of the time from family affection so he could be properly groomed to being the heir to the Togami family like the other potential heirs, he must have had time to maybe bond with some of them as he was growing up as we see with his relationship with Blue Ink kinda. Whatever bond they were developing and just when Togami was finally starting to feel a bit of love, it was finally time for the mutual Togami heir "killing game" between the siblings and Togami was only 12 when he participated. The siblings he started developing a bond with and now he was forced to eliminate them all so he could keep his name. His existence as Togami. When he did manage to defeat all of them, he must have been feeling his heart breaking and feeling hollow as he sent each and every one of them to their "deaths". It was then he became even colder than ever and transformers into the Togami we see today. The Togami who had to sacrifice his siblings. His bonds to them just so he could exist. It's why he would be enraged with people who would dare say he was just handed the title of heir. It would be an insult to him but more of an insult to his older siblings who were forced to fight and "kill" each other just to exist.
So when he hears the Togami family has been wiped out by the tragedy thanks to Junko, he resolves to not only destroy Junko and despair so he could cleanse his family's name but plans to bring it up and revive it from its ashes and make it much more better than ever. What he means by this is what we'd see in DR3. The finale of it all.

She was the mastermind for DR1 and died, was the mastermind for DR2 and got her AI deleted, was the mastermind of DR0 and well... got reJunkoified before killing her boyfriend, jacking his project and starting up her plans, influenced and was still influencing the mastermind of DRAE and got her AI chips taken away by Izuru to get her main plans started.
Now we're at the finale with DR3. What role could they possibly give her in any form? I believed she's can't be redeemed as well but don't be surprised one of Kodaka's "surprising developments" involves Junko in some new way

V3 will be about the people playing with timelines as their classmates kill each other as a way to inevitably get good at jumping timelines so they could go fix where Makoto fucked up but instead going to the source
That leads to V4.
Then V5 ends the V stuff by having the V3 and V4 survivors/time hoppers/inmates head their asses to the past or different timeline to stop Junko from starting the tragedy and then one last massive class trial occurs between the V3/V4 survivors, Junko, Izuru and Makoto as a way to use Hope! to revert and help Hajime overtake Izuru in this timeline and have Junko get the Mega bullet of Hope and a cure and viola tragedy averted.
