The huge problem right now is that assuming you have the best team (Percival, Claris, Anila), she is not useful at all, simply because Pa-sama is already what you need for damage bruteforce.
Her seals management is less of a pain compared to Yoda, but it is tied to a somewhat long CD already and you can't do the third abi without a seal stack.
Also, as fire, she is somewhat less useful for solo because you need debuffs to exploit her strength, which is bad because you would have to replace claris for her, which means even less debuffs than what Fire could barely inflict even with SS.

It isn't fire is bad, but you will reach a damage output "cap" because 1) magna weapons are extremely weak compared to other elements mag weapon 2) you don't have Anila (so no 50% ougi generation)
In a nutshell: Fire has interesting characters, including one of the most broken one (pa-sama), but he isn't enough to make the element that good in term of damage output because there is virtually no buffer in that element (hence why a SSR Sutera would have been excellent).
As for the switch, both are the best GW chars, so it really depends if you prefer wind or light.
Light is absolutely shit for grinding because there are too many morons for pub chevs, and soloing chev is atrociously painful, quite literally, along with a droprate twice harsher than the 4 elemental primals.
Be aware that Sorn will not make you stronger per se, just have a "support" feature that is paralysis. Similarly to percival fear, it helps both your solo runs and multi battle, but she won't increase your damage by a huge margin.
Siete, OTOH, is god incarnate in that regard.

You can reach 350-400k auto (without crits) for 2-3 turns and you will still lose the MVP race because you can't charge up ougi decently while the water team next to you with Altair will just deal ougi every 3 turns.

You can either use Magisa or Yuel for the last slot, depending of your needs. Magisa is more sturdy with Morax buff and the veil, whereas Yuel is the only Fire SSR "healer". Things might be different with her 5* at the end of the month though.
That said, if you plan using Yuel, don't use both the dagger and sword. Only one of them, preferably the dagger.
Using only 1 off race character is somewhat ok, especially if it is a support char like yuel, but 2 off chars or 2 weapons that doesn't affect 1 character is pushing it.

I got a notification saying I'm now able to use job skins, but I can't seem to spot the button for it on the profile/customize section
