There's 5 locals on my city.
For 3 years I have played tournaments on all of them, on some more than others but I have been constantly in all of them,
In those 3 years, no matter the game (yugioh, pokemon, magic, ws, cfv, kaijudo, etc) I have never seen someone pull out a non-official playmat of any game.

Well just from quick calcs I think cloudians can get the highest non-loop that CAN be a loop but just kept it to a minimum of 3 uses of exodious to extend the amount of turns in a duel where Nimbusman can reach 6,550,500.
Cyber Dragons can reach 864,000 and Deskbots around 640,000.
But all are completely unrealistic but require no loop and could probably go higher because I'm sure I've missed something.

Silver's cry still has use as being chained to Vanity so that's fair but Light Guidance is just too situational and only good for late game when you've lost most of your dragons and dies to Twin Twister.
