In the last step, when restoring your backup to the SD card there's some files on the newly created 3DS folder (when emunand back up was injected again) that are the same with the one in the 3DS folder of the backup. Which ones should I keep?
I kept the ones on the backup at first, but when I boot emunand through rxtools the console just freezes with a black screen. I'm currently formatting the emunand with the gateway loader AGAIN to try and make this work. Damn, I'm starting to get tired of this shit.
I made a backup of my SD card + NAND dump, then I installed emuNAND. I didn't format my sysNAND afterwards, and none of my legit games are showing up except for DSiware on both NANDs.

I installed the cia with the translation prepatched and the game didn't boot, gave me a black screen telling me to reboot my 3DS both on Cakes and Cakes+NTR
I uninstalled the cia and installed the vanilla cia, updated it to 1.1 and it works fine. I tried using the NTR method to translate the game (mhx and plugin files all in the root of my SD) but the game is still in Japanese

I was lucky enough to get the downgrade to 9.2, but nearly everything that came afterward was too confusing for my feeble, shitty mind, and I feel like I shouldn't have tried to do this in the very midst of the storm. I don't understand sysNAND, emuNAND, how any of this works, so I backed up my SD card and NAND, reformatted, and restored my regular NAND again and am trying to go back to 10.3 so I can actually play games again, have my ironhax payload, and buy shit like a retard. But I can't, I get an error saying it was unable to update. I'm stuck.
TL;DR: Trying to update regular NAND from 9.2 back to 10.3 because I'm retarded and I gave up; can't because I get an error every time, I've already removed tubehax DNS, already tried booting into the update, and I'm on N3DS. Don't know what to do.

I can get rxTools running if I boot rxtools.dat from 3ds.reboot.ms, however when I try running rxTools from Homebrew Launcher using Menuhax, I get "failed to load native firm: 4"
What the fuck am I doing wrong? I have the hb launcher as my boot 3dsx, which I then use to select rxTools.

I stupidly went to the configure menu to see what was in there. I might have set something incorrectly. That's all I can think of. I put the folder for menuhax in the roo 3ds folder where it belongs.

Yes, and unlinking it is done by formatting your 3DS (MAKE SURE YOU TAKE YOUR SD CARD OUT BEFORE YOU DO THIS AND IT WILL BE COMPLETELY SAFE).

rxtools boots you to emuNAND by default, you also have the option to hold R while loading rxTools to get into the options menu, where you can select to boot rxTools INTO emuNAND as well as inject FBI into the H&S in emuNAND. Just follow the image guide

So I'm pretty sure I unlinked my emunand and sysnand. I followed the instructions on the guide properly and everything, and after going through the system setup again it was as if I switched between profiles. Like I went into the system settings and it said my firmware was at RX3D, and then I don't really know what happened but it switched back to my old settings and the system settings said I was back on my regular firmware. I managed to get back to the RX3D firmware one and now I'm updating like the guide said.
Did I correctly unlink them by my shitty description here?
