Everyone else trapoed inside of it suffer a parameter debuff. Asterios is already one of the physically most imposing servants on record, so most enemies who can't run or hide are fucked if they bump into him in there. I imagine the mana consumption on his part would be crazy high, though. Berserkers will put a strain on most masters even without the use of any NPs, so increasing that drain with an RM would likely shorten his effective fighting time capacity by a lot. Basically, if he gets to you in the maze you're likely fucked in 9/10 cases, but if you can outlast him he and his master are likely to be relatively easy pickings due to fatigue.

Nero's NP isn't actually a true Reality Marble. UBW is ranked based on the Noble Phantasms it has inside of it, like Gate of Babylon, because all it actually does is store weapons. Demon King of the Seventh Heaven has a variable rank because of how it scales. Dimension of Steam is just it being new and me not thinking of it, though after doing Babbage's Interlude it's A++ rank.

A Reality Marble is when you impose your inner world on the real world. Chances are, everybody has an inner world, but you need a deep understanding of yourself to be able to realize what it is. That sort of understanding would generally only come from something like Shirou's sword-autism or from centuries upon centuries of life, like DAAs have. Being aware of and in touch with your Origin probably also helps.
