Twin Grakatas are a meme weapon that can only perform if you have Primed Pistol Gambit, Primed Target Cracker, and a rank 7 or 8 Primed pistol ammo mutation.
A Primed Heated Charge is also optional.
That's a lot of investment just to make a meme weapon somehow work, meanwhile you can just get a Vaykor Marelok and aim.
