Back in uh, 2011 I think, if you died as Maokai with ult active and GA up, game just died.
In 2013(again, not completely sure on the date but pretty sure 2013), if you held down the button to use your hydra or tiamat, then switched the item slot before you released the button to activate, game crashed for everyone. As in, completely gone, nothing to reconnect to. HotshotGG abused this a few times to climb the ladder.
Same thing with ghostblade at one point IIRC, on top of ghostblade having a bug where you could reduce the cooldown on it to nothing. Lumi Karu only "got good" because of this exploit so any time he pokes his faggot head around here, tell him to fuck off because he could only play one broken champion and only because he abused a bug for months.
Teleport + cleanse at one point would instantly "cleanse" the channel of teleport, and you'd instantly teleport to your destination. Skarner would ult someone, then teleport back to his fountain and cleanse it so the target came back with him. Good times.

Having a tanky top and jungler with some CC is standard. I have no fucking clue why you're trying to argue that cho mid isn't legit just because one of his buttons wants a set up. You can still land it if you're good or just use it as a wave clear.
His passive lets him stay in lane longer than most and his W is frankly, one of the better mid laning tools in the entire game. It does a fair amount damage, silences so they can't trade, goes clean through minions for full damage and is impossible to dodge if you're in range. His Q supports the short range of it and allows you to shove them into the tower.
To be honest cho is probably one of the best designed champions in the game.
