No. There is a fanroute, but made by one of the devs (Suriko, writer of Lilly's route), he explicitly said it is a fanroute, so nothing really canon (not that it matters much).
Unfortunately it is only in text form and these screenshots aren't part of it (unless someone is porting it to ren'py and I don't know). You can find Summer's Clover on the OP.

The question about her sexuality was asked after SC. Suriko hadn't even wrote about Suzu before that, which would imply that the question was about her sexuality in his fanroute.
I didn't say anything besides the game is canon, but there's nothing suggesting that Suzu is lesbian before she was used to fill the gap on SC. Not one picture of her being gay (like some others of Hisao's class have), not one comment about her being in love with Miki or any other girl, not a breath about that. Which means that the idea that Suzu is a lesbo is recent and applied only to SC, which was made way after most of her fanfics or fanroutes, which are surely more important if you want a "canon" about a background character. There isn't any problem with Suzu as a lesbian, but this isn't the only answer and this is 100% the wrong answer if you aren't taking in the Summer's Clover FANfic.
Just accept there are different Suzus than your headcanon (and it is not defined by it's creator) and move on, anon. You aren't getting any more right by shitposting about how Suzu is always a lesbo.

Hanako is only a bit taller than Shizune and Misha, whereas Suzu (if you go by Weee and Raide's art of Suzu and Miki together) is probably more around Emi's height.
You also have to factor in the fact that unlike the ShizuMishaHana picture, the other one is from Miki's perspective. Miki is around the same height or slightly taller than Shizune, whereas Hisao is noticeably taller than any of them.
