I think people are fucking up by judging Sans' and the Judge's effectiveness by underestimating the enemies they prove themselves against.
Frisk isn't just a random human child, they're a child with enough determination to reset the world as they will, and ultimately gain enough violence and hatred to destroy it forever with Chara.
And the Batter is a similar case, he was able to overpower all the gods of his world with ease, and shut it down.
IMO it'd be Pardo and Jacket who were most in trouble here, as unlike any of the Undertale or OFF characters they're strictly limited by real-life boundaries. I haven't played LISA so I can't comment on Buddy.

Main Undyne is really nice and protective toward monsters and deadly violent toward humans upon just hearing one is around, let alone actually seeing one. She's hot-blooded and basically yells at the human for five minutes before getting around to fighting them. Upon escaping from her and showing mercy, the human is able to befriend her and bring out her softer, friendlier side.
So Underfell Undyne should be an absolute femme fatale. She treats other monsters horribly, treating them like garbage and asserting herself.
