There's no point in getting multiple Ares unless you just like seeing a party of 4 Ares. One is enough to farm everything. Better to work on making the other level 60 skells and super weapons, or farm for a good ground build.

Ground gear's easy enough to farm when you're killing Tyrants. Just equip the last-level Reginal stuff (the one that gives Treasure Sensor VI) on yourself and your party (each piece stacks up to a maximum of 125%, if I remember correctly) and just kill some high-level Tyrants.

Regal traits come at at rank 12, Infinite traits come at 14. Infinite also has more defense. You can't max all traits on an armor because of upgrade limit. Limits are: Heavy 6, Medium 8, Light 10, BLADE 10, and Skell 16. You definitely want Infinite quality to get the most out of the innate traits

You gotta finish Defiaian Downfall first, or whatever it's called; once you fight Rexoskell in the quest, he'll be on the list. Luckily the majority of his parts you need for superweapons are cheap as fuck anyways; the ones you need for skells are like 210~ ea and you don't need too too many of em.

Not as far as I know. But breaking off the canons guarantees Advanced Cores from them, and breaking off the arms will give you Xe-Dom Hands. I think Crests only drop from the body. PERHAPS the backplate, but I wouldn't count on it.

I've having a hell of a time getting a tyrant to drop a beam element photon saber. I've found ether, electric, gravity and thermal out the ass and not a single level 60 beam.

Well, if you want any of those elements the two sphinx ones are pretty reliable for it. They drop six star, nopon and ma-non stuff so that covers all the elements except beam. They're both level 70 as well so just pick whichever. Primordia is probably easier since the oblivia one has a damage spike after losing so much HP or a limb or something.

First you have to figure out the build you want to go with and how to make it stronger. But typically you find some way to stay in overdrive constantly and pump melee attack out the ass. or weapon power if you're using something with like 400+ base attack. And you can focus on a TP skill and build potential which is how the blossom dance build works.

If you aren't in the post-game you won't be doing more then your Skell
The one thing every build wants to have is Artes:TP where you gain 200 TP each time you use an Arte put 2-3 of them on yor weapon and you can permanently stay in Overdrive

Guys how the fuck do I into making skell builds
The shop only shows me the "stats" for the weapon and nothing about the art that it gives you, and the skell arts list on the google docs only has like 6 things on it for some reason
Like what the fuck does the F-Wave do? It's listed as 0 damage, 0 ammo, 40s cooldown with the attribute Custom.WP-Speed III. What the fuck does it mean?
And what's with the weird attribute names? I can't figure out what any of them do. Like, what's TimeEx.TAUNT III? Do I whip out a giant Skell Timex and remind the enemies that it's time for dinner or some shit? And what in the everloving fuck is Custom.WP-MSL-MAG I? Does it give my missiles custom magazines to read while they fly to their destination?
I am so goddamned lost right now and I can't find any documentation for this shit.

Quite sure the Skell shop shows the attacks under the scroll menu, or you need to press L/R
Extends taunt duration, custom weapon with expanded ammo capacity (only affects itself).
Skell augs are descriptive but it can take some getting used to.
