Depends on if you're fighting Red or Black on the specifics but you'd almost assuredly lose. Lancelot would lose his shit and go berserk against Santa Rider so you're already down two Servants and have four left to deal with the enemy's seven.
Atilla and Scathach are pretty much your only hope. Mashu is loyal to the end but much weaker than most of the GGW Servants. Nobu would be a good counter to people like Chiron or Achilles but both teams have counters to her.
