So how would that even work? It works in EVE because there's only one instance of each starsystem. You conquer one? Great, it's yours, period.
In SC, there will be a 64(?) player limit per system. Multiple instances will often be required and as you said, these will probably be PvP battlegrounds so a lot of players will fuck around there, necessitating multiple instances all the time.
Now, how will they decide when an organization 'wins'? I just can't think of a decent mechanic to make this work. If you make multiple 'permanent' instances, then the orgs can just flood theirs with their own players. If you are required to defend your space station over multiple instances, that just seems needlessly complicated and open to abuse.
I don't think they can pull it off.

Probably not a jouster. Honestly the speed of Anvil ships likely directly contributed to them losing the military contract with the UEE.
I, personally, love Aegis ship design stylistically...but most of it seems to be designed around "hit hard and get the fuck out".
It'll be interesting to see where Anvil and Aegis go, as far as UEE favor, after the game is out for a while. Lore-wise Aegis could be the underdog that comes up with some crazy tech that puts them back into a contract with the UEE and eventually ousting Anvil. Or there could be some kind of corporate merger...should be fun shit.

I got an i5 2500K, and SC is pushing it to 90%+ right now.
Whenever they got around to adding real AI, it will end up overloaded.
My 770 GTX seems fine for now, and I would suggest to not get a new graphics card right now anyway.

The Delta is a special case. At the time they made the Delta, the only way they could make the rocket pod's reloading feature function was by having the game engine treat the rocket pod as a gun instead of missiles. So the pods were always technically using a gun hardpoint instead of a missile hardpoint. Then CIG decided to let people remove the pods and put normal guns there because the rockets are so buggy.
Basically the whole damn mustang line needs a rework.
