There is, but I need to start at the beginning of it, so I apologize if it's tl;dr for you guys.
I first got into KS and KSG a short while after my girlfriend broke up with me, not that much later from when /vg/ was created. The pain and hurt just made me reclusive and really withdrawn when it comes to being with a real life girl. The idea of waifus and the personalities the girls in KS had drew me to them more than anyone and helped soothe some of the heartache that I had with my ex. Fastforward to about October this year and my ex e-mails me, apologizing for how things ended with us, how she hurt me, not wanting to talk to me anymore, the works. She then told me she wanted to actually try and make us being friends work. I told her I'd be up for it and every so often we'd chat and try to talk as friends. She tells me lots, about how the guy she was with basically dumped her for another girl right to her face, how happy they used to be, how she had wanted to marry him, the works.
