Once cams are down and you can handle the remaining guards (if any), just go into the lobby and saw the ATMs. By doing so, you will alert the whole map but you will also down all of them including the tellers. You could just rev it in mid-air but the control radius is smaller than the noise radius so hitting something helps.
This is also how you cheese GO Bank stealth with no kills.

Got DW car shop recently. Man it sucks, if you get a bad manager spawn you have to move three bodies through a small guard infested area, and you can't even do it carefully because they'll find the other corpses fast. But the worst part is the hacking, npcs just beeline to the pc as soon as it starts, I got lucky with the position so the first civvy left with no hassle, but you are guaranteed to have two guards come in almost simultaneously. Good thing I was downstairs and they came in through different entrances, if you have to shoot them near the door someone will definitely see the body. So you answer the pagers and a fucking third guard waltzes in. I'd like to think I was smooth about it, but it really boils down to luck and persistence. After so many retries I was really clenching those asscheecks driving the car. I only had one bodybag deployable, but I really should've aced that shit and taken out some extra civilians. The really good part is having the cheevo when your friend still wants it.

I just realised that hacker or not, any investigator worth their salt will probably figure out Locke's behind it just from the fact that he's flying the chopper in public in both heists, and on the mountain heist, he was running around the field with the gang. He can't play the "I had a gun to my head" card, especially when he was the one tasked with tracking the gang down because it'd mean he's compromised (either as a double agent or he was counter-"hacked").I also realised that Locke doesn't have his own DW achievement.

It really depends on the product, the judge pixel skins sell quite well considering their concealment bonus but it's more the lesser skins who sell a lot.
There is not yet a public who's ready to spend a lot of money on stat boosted mint-condition skins.

True but I think OVK's train of thought is that a stealth heist is too much work and because they don't have a clue on how to design a good one, especially nowadays. They know how to make tedious MMO-like fetch quests but not actually interesting stealth objectives.
If they ever make a Payday 3, it's going to be an "open world" MMO wannabe like Borderlands / GTA where you have to run from one side of a town for one objective, then run back for another, etc.

Birth of Sky could've been a multi-day heist where on the first day, you find a way to sneak into the plane, and on the second, you take over the plane (if you choose) instead of just dumping it onto a bunch of civilian stores.
Seriously, I feel real bad for the civilians who get their days/lives ruined because the Payday gang decides to drop crates of cash through their roofs and anything left standing is riddled with bullets. Muh professionalism. Britbongs in the 1940s probably had less comparable property damage while the Luftwaffe raided them every night than these DC folks.
