I was told that the client was very specific about a long term agenda for the game Undertale. Remember that article that came out YEARS ago, "Where Is The Citizen Kane Of Video Games?" Well the sjws/media/industry haven't forgotten about that. And now they think they've found "The Game".
Currently there is an organized agenda to begin conditioning gamers, and eventually the public in general, to accept the narrative that Undertale is "The Citizen Kane Of Video Games" and the go-to "Greatest Game Of All Time" for ALL future polls/lists of games, much like the status that Citizen Kane has for films or Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band has for albums or Watchmen has for comics. They want Undertale to just be UNQUESTIONABLY ASSUMED to be the GOAT with absolutely NO dissenting opinions being allowed to be taken seriously and anyone who suggests it's a BAD game being just flat out laughed at for not accepting the artificially forced narrative.
The goal in a nutshell is to condition us to think that THEIR games (read: sjw/"indie" shit) are just inherently superior to games that are actually enjoyed by actual gamers. That way they can make us unresisting to the creation of an "arthouse culture" in the video game industry where their low selling sjw/"indie" garbage can be guaranteed financing despite not selling on the grounds of "furthering art and "progressive values" in gaming", since obviously there is currently NO financial justification for these "games" to exist.
This is just the beginning. And it's going to get MUCH worse.

So they say that they don't have the heart to kill their favorite characters.
That's fine and all but, You may love those characters but, they cant love you back.
They're just a bunch of pixels. The characters don't and can't remember you "killing" them, the game keeps track but,
The characters don't. The game tells you what's going on through the characters like puppeteers controlling their puppets, giving off the illusion that the characters are aware of your actions .
No character's in game "Death" is real, the only way a character can truly die is if you remove them from the game's code entirely.
So doing a genocide run shouldn't intimidate you, at the end of the day it's still game, which means it can be reset through the game's files.
The way that I see it, to truly experience this game you must complete True Pacifist and Genocide runs preferably in that order.

Yeah. I've had friends like Napstablook and Alphys, and while I don't hate those friends, I don't blame Mettaton for leaving. He felt it was in his best interest, but he didn't burn the bridge either since they were still friends to him.
Not sure if that makes sense, but I'm one of those "Mettaton did nothing wrong" people.
