What's a good amount of power strength for an EB build for Excal? Just as much Pstr as possible? Trying to fuck around with a build that was at 269 power strength, but want to get more utility out of it by trying to keep my range at at least 100%. With the build mentioned, there was only 40% range due to Narrow Minded. Is 200% acceptable enough for 40+ mins t4 and other shit? Ivara's #4 not having punch through severely limits it's usefulness. As it stands, it's better to build her for utility in group or solo play, aside from gimmicks like maybe exterminate missions.
I was able to get 185k red crits on lvl100 ancients in simulor with a basic dread slash build, though. Headshot + prowl. That was with r10 trans, r5 intensify, r2 blind
But in a world with invulnerability phases on bosses or bullet sponge enemies like nullifiers, it seems impractical over just using her for stealth and junk

No problem. These are the builds I've been using lately in solo endurance runs. TF + Primed Continuity will help your damage scale for a longer time but I'm fond of the utility from Rage and P Drift. Either ways you're going to end up relying on using RB to buff your damage and not get killed. Having energy to do this is always going to be a top priority.
Also Stretch is great for Slash Dash. You get to travel at copter speeds and have fun with invincibility.

up until u18, probably since around u16.X, enemies would be put into a lesser "investigative alert" state when seeing nearby allies shot inside of their vision cone (made much worse by the non-deterministic nature of enemies and their awareness under certain circumstances ever since the multithreading update)
I do like this behavior much better for stealth play, but only because this game is so bad at stealth and enemy behavior in general anyway... and it's fucking hilarious to imagine them musing over why or how their friends/clones suddenly sprout arrows and fall over, or are vivisected before them by an unseen blade

Tonkor, synoid simulor and torid are the best aoe weapons in the game.
Torid is only used for camping on survival, tho, but it will rape nullifier's shields and proc status like crazu.
Synoid simulor with some fire rate mods is global-range-aoe-rape-machine that will crit for like 40-80k.
Tonkor is easymode penta.
I suggest you forma syn simulor first, heres a good build.

It's a very slow drain when you stand still, drains a bit faster when you move, can't run without breaking the cloakbut you can rolland non-silent weapons break the cloak for a sec or two.

Ivaras cloak last as long as you have energy instead of having a timet like Loki and Ash but you cannot sprint or fire loud weapons. Its perfect for stealth chain kills and spy missions but not for rushing levels.

It's slower, you can't run while stealth, but it drains over time, standing still is a slow drain, walking increases, you can roll or jump to get around quicker and running on ziplines/dashwires doesn't break it. She also has a stealth arrow that you can apparently attach to yourself with navigator. Non-silent weapons break stealth for about a second and then she auto-restealths.

How is everyone getting such high focus numbers on stealth or even in general? I'm using a regular lensed Liki on Hapke and I'm only getting around 10k each time.

If you've been playing liki a lot, you need to unlearn some of your reliance on cloak. Prowl isn't meant to be used the same way as invis - create bubbles as you go to hide in, and for energy regen. Prowl is best used to reposition yourself or to set off noise arrows away from you, not as lol invis bullrush skill.
Start trying to combo the different quiver arrows to get a feel for her

I purchased a second exp booster and in a good ceres exter run I get 30-50k depending on the amount of enemies that spawn. Ivara, prowl, stealth kill everything. Focus caps ruins everything though.
