Don't you mean incorrect? As far as we know the warframes are just mechanical puppets. They may be organic but it's not clear. Ivara certainly looks robotic, like a giant sentinel.

I figured the cobbled-together look was intentional- that instead of a fullsize relay, it's just the main room and a landing port with Tenno and the Syndicates alike using it as a trading post for off-the-radar dealing, and it's intentionally kept small and mishmashed because of it.
Even Darvo peddles his wares for credits and platinum in the public relays- players could be trading anything including stuff that might have some sort of restrictions in the world (remember the Grineer border control guy?) and it's not unreasonable to think the Syndicates are doing the same thing as well.

short answer: it's because all the weapons have charge attacks again.
long answer: A couple updates after melee 2.0 and the removal of all charge attacks, the glaive got a charge attack coded in just for it as an exception. because charge attacks weren't a thing anymore, this was just a separate normal-attack triggered by holding E, so the animation time was cut down by attack speed.
After U18 they re-added charge attacks without re-adding charge-speed mods, so we're stuck with the old shitty charge speed but no way to speed it up.

I have the Zenurik focus, and it's very useful.
I press 5, then float around basically direct-bastioning enemies. wherever I'm facing I shoot out waves that lift enemies off the ground and hold them there. has good range.
I don't know how long it lasts, but they're held for at least 10 or so seconds. I've never seen one fall down, I usually just kill them in between 0 and 2 seconds.
Regarding cooldown I think I sleeked it, because on multiple occasions I've pressed 5, lifted some enemies, pressed 5 again to end it early, then been able to press 5 and lift more enemies without waiting even three seconds.
Even if you don't want the abilities, they have some important seeming passives. once you grind really hard into it the zenurik tree will give you passive energy regen as well as some other nice bonuses for the rest of the mission after you use your autism-power once. I remember that naramon gives you invisibility every time you crit with melee as a nice passive (once again activated when you've used your power once) and the tank one that starts with U can give you permanent extra armor for the mission.

You unlock the moon tileset through the quest, but I didn't consider you could get a friend to invite you there. I guess you don't need the quest to get the mods, but it helps. The power strength / knockdown resistance one is Power Drift by the way.
I've heard rumors that each puzzle room not only guarantees one of the new mods, but has a specific mod linked to it. My power drift was from the room where you spin the segments of a staircase until they all line up, you run down and hop through a portal.

DE's boss design consists of invincibility with really small vulnurability windows. I miss the old meatwall bosses you could ragdoll into deathpits, honestly it felt like more of a challenge to get a good kogake charge off.
New lore is dumb. Uncle Chroma is imagining little kids in the back of his Liset.

I felt like this too until I realized this update just brought more grinding. New weapons? Grind. Sorties? Grind. Focus? Definition of grind. Grind the moon for new mods. Grind Spy missions for the new frame and then grind Alerts to finish research for Monkey King. More people will have Ivara done than Jewkong despite him coming out two weeks earlier because they RNG locked the grind.
Hell, this update is basically just Draco: Return to Grind.

But that's just it, the new moon mods aren't behind RNG grindwalls, they're behindfunchallenges / puzzles. The sorties give some nice extra prizes for grinding with aninterestingtwist (Oh how I love shotguns,) and focus is a fun new dimension to the game, even if I have to grind for it. It seems to be the least grindy update in a while.

A long time ago, around the time of U7-ish, the devs stated that warframe was simply a spiritual successor to dark sector, and NOT set in the same universe.
Then they fucked it up and changed their minds (I forget when / have no source) Saying Hayden Tenno founded a tenno school and lead humanity into the orokin age.
Then they fucked that up too. It's kind of sad, I sort of had my hopes set on the stalker actually being some kind of mind-controlled / insane hayden.

There are probably 2 batches of Tenno, the first batch is probably the original ones, Hayden Tenno and all, the ones that went to the void and came back, got a framed up, as mentioned in Excalibur's entry.
The second batch is the kids, they needed a way to manufacture the Tenno but its hard to get survivors from the void, so they threw kids in to see if kids are more likely to survive. It worked, and they went on to try to weaponise the virus and such, creating the frames that we now use(On their own they are beasts as mentioned in Rhino P's entry), the new frames(based off the original frames in the first batch, which is why they have "genders") are possessed by the kids, which leads to our shit.

Your Warframe pulled out War without intervention from the operator. Even the Sentient is surprised by this, since he says "What is this?", as if it was something unexpected.
The Sentient clearly knew that the Tenno were mind-controlling Warframes, but didn't know that the Warframes themselves could also act.
