The 1AP ones that appear daily, each day has higher HP reward than the last so you missed out on the lower rewarding ones with big ones coming up. Just do those with as high % as you can while doing whatever 40AP you want otherwise (or 20AP for bowls 10AP for teapots if you need those).
Then check how far you are with your progress during last couple days and spam 40AP if you feel like you'll make your goals
What is the absolute best 4* servant for each class?

In arts teams, people who have three arts cards and can do damage are far more useful.
There are no triple arts cards in the game that outdamage Liz.
Your standard arts team is two people with meh damage and one with great damage, and Liz is the best choice for 9 arts NP spam mayhem.
Waver, Tamamo, Jeanne, Marie, Emiya, Martha, Medea, all are outdamaged.
And even as a support, she generates others NPs as fast as Medea, and can lead an NP chain with Vlad with a Buster, and then supplement his 20 plus stars from that with her own.

That's just if you want to make an immortal team, outside of it she is still the best healer in the game.
One you will want in any team you make, be it wit Waver, Tamamo, Jeanne, Marie, Emiya, Martha or Medea, she will make wonders with all of them.
The main difference between Lily and Liz is that one has a defensive role as a healer and the other has an offensive set-up with a Buster NP and star generation. And none of the ideal partners for Liz or Lily have three arts, in a balanced team you need at least one servant with two busters, basing on that servants like Nobu or Gil are perfect for Liz while servants like Vlad are perfect for Lily, with others like Saber can fit with any of them without problem.

Medea lily only clogs up your other 4* even more not that it matters with sieg, stheno and shits like them already in there.
