Sure. I actually think Charizard vs Bowser MU is surprisingly 50-50 depending. Both have tools which out prioritize the others, for example Zard's jab beats mine, as does your fire, but my tilts beat yours as do my defense.
Quite frankly I thought you did well with him, the only point I can think of is landing the kill shot. Flare Blitz is your friend. It's essentially an all in one option but I think an excellent mix up at kill % would be to get me airborne and try to catch my landing with a Flare Blitz to kill me.
Even if you think this may be too risky, at even modest % at say 30-50% it can make for an excellent tool to condition me into an overtly defensive move, giving you free reign in the neutral.
Besides that, it just comes down to who whiffs and punishes the other first.
As for Ness, yeah the juggles were crazy! I found the n-air far too late till towards the end but that is fundamentally what you must do: Keep me in the air. Even if I somehow adapt to the PK thunder, you should try to cover my landings with n-air, f-air or even baiting out an air dodge into your b-air.
At the end, it comes down to two things for Ness: Can he get me into the air and juggle me OR can he catch me in a PK fire chain?
I think spaced n-airs and f-airs however would make my life very difficult. The only openings I have are to grab you, but short hop spacing would make that nearly impossible, forcing me to consider far more slower and potentially dangerous options, also keeping a lot of breathing space for you as either f-air locks me into an air chain or b-air can potentially kill me.

Ignoring how wrong those statements are, of course. I've utilized those three techniques, I've pulled off shield drop cancels which actually is a one frame input but I'm not consistent enough with it to start applying it a bunch in matches. And melee has a bunch of frame tight techniques that people do all the time. Invincible ledge dashes, spacie shortens, etc.
Personally the problem I see with difficult techniques in smash 4 is that people just pretend they don't exist because they're kinda difficult. Japanese don't do this but there are still people that say perfect pivots and such are useless because they find them too hard. Techniques like shield drops or ledge dashes in melee have been known for the longest time but only in the past few years have they become practically a requirement for competitive play.
1 frame links with no buffer are found in traditional fighting games. Or speedrunners. Or whatever other thing where people strive for optimization, and the first thing people do is practice and get consistent. Sm4sh players could learn from that.
