That card that gives +50% arc lightning damage and the legendary that hits for .5% of the target's health is an amazing combination. A Fernando whose shield is down will easily get his entire time killed just by standing near them.

The problem with this game is that you can't really carry a game by yourself, even the most skilled player with the perfect cards has to stand on the god damn capture plate and wiping 5 players and capturing the point solo is impossible.
I guess a lucky Skye with that shit that makes her OP as after each kill could have a very slight chance of doing it, but in most situations you simply can't force your team to stand into the fucking plate of VICTORY they just puss out and get violated by the enemy Skye in 3 seconds because they're hanging too far behind trying to snipe or some shit.
If you try to communicate at all everyone starts calling you a tryhard and tells you to relax and shit, then people give up too easily and just walk around the spawn point to wait for a loss. The game is in desperate need of some retard filtering, I don't know if Hi Rez had any luck in cleansing the toxic community, but I hope they had learned something from that.

Small lesson after this latest patch; the importance of riding the siege engine:
Because of the engine's higher movement speed and the fact that enemy projectiles can't pass through it, a STRONG method for defending your base is to wait at the nearest threshold and pop out from behind cover to get in front of the siege engine.
It'll carry you along at a speed too fast for players to keep up with unless on horseback as well as shield you from fire as you mow it down. Abilities like Buck's Cataclysm can be used to keep fire off of you aswell. Keeping consistent fire on the engine this way will often get it destroyed before it reaches your gate. Note that this does not work for the first gate though and players WILL be able to catch up with you once you get inside the base.
