Pretty weak, from what we know of Nasuverse system in several ways. You think he's some godslayer probably, but really no. A guy that talks about lack of faith and belief, who is worshipped by no one, that would be incredibly weak.
His own methods kill any chance of him having power, and also kill the chance of other legends getting power, but not in a way that helps him at all.
Rather he just led to the decline ages, where heroes couldn't be born anymore. No matter how it might sound like you can interpret that, it wouldn't make you strong.
If you want to be some godslayer with power, then you need to be more like Scatcheratch, who has a legend and worship about her power. Rather than an anti-legend.

Gilgamesh isn't beating Ameratsu, he isn't beating god, he isn't beating anything of that level so much. He's even directly declared that Catalhyuk is beyond him entirely without chance.
Nasu has already declared quite openly that things like that are beyond the level of servants, and beyond GIl's level.
He can match some divine spirits up to some level, but not those ones, not the high rank ones that exist outside. Read CCC if you want to find out how bullshit those level old ones are, but he makes it clear that no, no deus ex can be brought up that would really even that out entirely.
Gilgamesh has the weaknesses of heroes, not gods.

Anyone notice that fast speed sometimes runs the game at normal speed (not 1/2 speed)? As far as I can tell, they are the same with regards to points and teapots. The main difference are the monument types and that you get scales from saber and talons from berserker.

In all honesty forcing Martha would probably be an automatic forfeiture of the Grail War in practice. Let's say she somehow wins; she's going to turn right around and kill you. Even if she doesn't, your relationship would be fucked beyond repair (which is big, Tokiomi refused to command Gil to kill the squid because of this exact reason).
You'd really have to hope that she's more okay with killing Jesus than she is with giving up the Grail.

It just has the thrown ability and the causality effect, both of which are born from techniques. The thrown ability was taught to Cu, which is why he can use it, but it's not exclusive to him, other people (namely Scathach) can use it too. The causality effect is Cu's alone though.

This is correct. Only certain NPs, like Gae Bolg, require complete mastery to unlock their techniques. Gilgamesh is fully capable of using many of the weapons in GoB, as shown during the fight with Saber in the Fate route, just not all of them.
