I had to contact a GM to get those restrictions removed from my RAF account when I did it a few months ago. Everywhere I read online said to wait like 3 days so I did and still nothing.

I'm leveling up a druid right now with my old RAF that's going to run out in a few days, then I'm going to use the grant levels I get from it to get a warrior up to 85 as well. Protip, make sure all of your characters on on the same realm and use those grant levels on a level 45 character and send it straight up to 85. Basically for every pair you get to 85 you get another free 85 from the grant levels.
I don't think I'll get another RaF account though since I have all the classes I want already.

I really really like the straw hats (or any hat that makes the ears poke out for that matter) but a wanderer's outfit shouldn't be too hard to make. The mistdancer set is a good base to use since it looks like the starter clothes.
And no there isn't a backpiece like that. There are toys that let you put a keg on your back for a short period but for a keg style aesthetic you'll have to wait until Legion when the artifact let's you use a keg.

Factions are the worst and most dated feature WoW has. Letting factions group, raid, and even guild together would literally double the amount of players to play with and likely save WoW.
But of course they won't do that because the game still makes profit with all of their server transfers, faction changes, meme store mounts, etc.

Okay so heres the story. Back in Cata, Garrosh was an asshole. But he was a cool asshole. The original villain instead of Garrosh was gonna be Sylvanas but people ended up liking her character in Cata better than Garrosh. "We meant to do that" of course you did Blizzard. So they had to use MoP as a way to reverse his character, especially since they wrote themselves into a corner by saying, mere months in MoP development that Garrosh was the final boss and we would be sieging orgrimmar. Thats why he's evil.
