You honestly should have answers to threats like that regardless of your faction. If you're caught without one than it's really just on you. Silithar Elder is a card that requires multiple removals or an already winning board to deal with. Ayylmao Healer, while strong, still only requires 1 removal to get rid of, even though it still gives its life swing. Lyonar don't really have that one big fat minion that just changes the next 2/3 turns in dealing with/recovering from the same way some of the other factions do.

It all depends on replace/draw RNG. Most of the time I shit on backstab songays, mirrors, Shadowcreep Abyssians, Vanars and Lyonars. Fagmar control is a struggle because it's impossible to gain an initiative, apart from throwing all your threats away only for them not only to remove them, but shit out their own threats in the meanwhile.
I lose to all of the above if my early game is shit. Take Mirror, for instance: if they get a pyromancer and I don't have any dispels or early game of my own, I instalose.

Two crossbones seems like a bit much but I guess if you're seeing a shit ton of Mekaz0r then it's fine. Just keep an eye out on your MUs.
Bone Swarm is really mediocre, I think.
2 Entropic might be a bit much. I run it as a one-of just for Lyonar so it depends on how often you see Ironcliffs hit the board.
I've shyed away from using Pryomancers. They're very effective when they stick but they very rarely stick and it's just too big of a tempo loss if they don't. Too risky. If you're not getting them fucked immediately then it's fine, though.
Really overall it looks fine. A lot of cards in there I can see your justification for even if I don't necessarily agree with them.

Auroras Tears used to be used when artifact Vet wasn't nerfed to shit. Back then they didn't really bother with Hexblade though which makes me wonder how it works.
I feel Hexblade isn't really worth the deck space until it brings shit down to 0 attack. Having your durability knocked off no matter what leaves it rather questionable to run.

I was thinking of Hexblade as a damage boost for the combo, with ankhs and staves as well. Aurora's Tears seems so powerful if you manage to retain artifacts for long enough.

There's nothing necessarily wrong with the mechanic, but Earth Walker is bad, and Grimrock and Kolossus are more budget creatures than anything. You out-grow them once your collection is built up.
Of course in gauntlet they're amazing.
